We help partners unlock the data within their business, combining it with management expertise and low-cost strategies to strengthen decision-making.

Our team will work with you to break down your business into critical segments, mapping a comprehensive picture of your operations. This allows us to track how capital flows through your business at a granular level. We then combine this breakdown of key operational levers, costs, and revenue, with proprietary market research, providing integrated data-driven solutions that strengthen your business.

We’re seeking small business partners looking to collaborate with us on pro bono projects. We’re ideally looking for candidates interested in better integrating data analytics into their business, have business-specific obstacles, or are looking to develop more flexible business strategy.

The Process

  1. Meet to discuss current business operations and strategy. This will allow us to identify the key operating segments of the business, and field any questions or concerns you may have about the process.
  2. We begin the in-depth business analysis focused on identifying cost and pricing efficiency, inventory management, market research, and day-to-day operations.
  3. These breakdowns will be used to draft a report assessing strategic opportunities along with low-cost solutions that can be used to assist you in streamlining/optimizing your operations.
  4. As implementation progresses, we will track results along with you to create and fine-tune a final sustainable business solution.
